Γρήγορη Καλοκαιρινή Σαλάτα με Ρεβίθια

Δεν προλαβαίνεις να μαγειρέψεις, αλλά δεν θες να πάρεις κάτι απ’ έξω? Με τη ζέστη που κάνει έξω δεν θες να μπεις στην κουζίνα για πολύ μαγείρεμα? Δοκίμασε τη γρήγορη, καλοκαιρινή σαλάτα με ρεβίθια και θα με θυμηθείς. Εύκολη, γρήγορη και απλή αλλά πλήρης σε θρεπτικά συστατικά!
ΥΛΙΚΑ
1 φλ. ρεβίθια βρασμένα και στραγγισμένα
2 μικρά παξιμάδια-ντακάκια κρίθινα θρυμματισμένα
50 γρ γαρίδες προ βρασμένες μεσαίο μέγεθος
½ αβοκάντο
2 κουταλιές σούπας ηλιόσπορο
1 κόκκινη πιπεριά
1 κίτρινη πιπεριά
1 πορτοκαλί πιπεριά
15 μικρά τοματίνια
2 αγγουράκια
1 κρεμμυδάκι φρέσκο
½μάτσα μαρούλι
1 κουταλάκι γλυκού κύμινο
1 κουταλάκι γλυκού κάρυ ή κουρκουμά
Αλάτι
2 κ.σ. ντρέσινγκ ταχίνι
ΥΛΙΚΑ ΓΙΑ ΝΤΡΕΣΙΝΓΚ
½ φλ. ταχίνι
3 κουταλιές σούπας νερό
Χυμό από 1 λεμόνι
Αλάτι
Πάπρικα
ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΝΤΡΕΣΙΝΓΚ
Στο μπλέντερ ανακατεύετε όλα τα υλικά. Ίσως χρειαστεί να προσθέσετε νερό για να είναι πιο ρευστή η υφή του.
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
Αφού βράσετε τα ρεβίθια και τις γαρίδες αναμιγνύετε σε μπολ. Θρυμματίζετε τα παξιμάδια. Αφού κόψετε τα λαχανικά τα προσθέτετε και αυτά στο μπολ. Τέλος ρίχνετε τα μπαχαρικά και το ντρέσινγκ.
