It’s a quick and easy breakfast option with a low glycemic index and a lot of nutrition to keep you going.


  • 1/2 C cauliflower

  • 1/2 C frozen mango

  • 1/2 C frozen strawberries or berries

  • 2 Tbls oat milk

  • 1/2 C water or coconut water

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
