Ingredients
10 dates ( put in hot water while preparing the rest)
1 C oats ( gluten free)
1 Tbls nut butter
1 Tbls tahini
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 Tbls dark raw chocolate chips
Add 1 scoup of protein any flavor you like ( optional)
1 tsp ashwanganda ( optional ) - adaptogen with calming effect
Method
Blend the dates with the tahini in a blender until it becomes paste like.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl preferably a glass square or rectangle one and set in the ref for at least 30 min.
Cut in cubs or bars and enjoy.
