2 Tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup almond milk or any other milk of your choice

1 tsp honey or monk fruit sweetener

1 Tbsp rose water (optional)

Method

Combine all ingredients in a jar, mix, let settle for 2-3 mins, then mix again. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours. Add your favorite fresh fruit when ready to enjoy. For best experience, use glass bottles. 🫐 🥄
